Making Peace Poem by Saju Abraham

Making Peace

I invent reasons to dislike a person
He talks loud, so I avoid him.
He looks down when he talks
So I think he’s deceptive.
He approaches me in need
And I think he’s an opportunist.
He talks little, so he’s proud.
I catch him looking at me
And I think his intentions evil.
Then when does he impress me?
No wonder the world is on a hunt
On a leather hunt for peace.
