Make A Difference Poem by Richard Noggin

Make A Difference

At times it seems that good deeds go unseen
That kind words fall on death ears
You can lose yourself
Get frustrated
Feel rejected
Making a difference does not mean
Reward
Gratitude
Busting your self esteem
To make a difference you must
Endure
Over achieve
Weather many storms
For when one makes a difference
The reward is promoted inward
And the sense of greatness must be
Given to one’s self
