Maggie T Poem by John Carter Brown

Maggie T

Rating: 3.5

Margaret Thatcher died today
She used to reign in number ten;
The news went on and on and on...
I hope she doesn't die again.

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
Although I never liked the woman, this poem is simply a complaint about how much the news dominated the T.V. - all day long.

Don't think there's any danger of that - I doubt if she can rise to a resurrection! !
