Maestro Poem by Joan Marques

Maestro

As two birds are chirping their sopranos
A grasshopper dances on a half rotten leaf
The sun is painting a picture of yellow
And various shades of green
Even pink in an eye blink
A luminous concerto
Of sound and vision
Revealing nature's precision
The finest work of art
An inspirational show
Exceeding the virtuoso
Of Michael Angelo
And Vincent van Gogh
Where gold and blue and green
Make for a fabulous scene
Nature is the maestro

This is exactly how I feel when I sip wine while relaxing in my garden... Thanks for capturing it so exquisitely. ~Ray
