Lucky Poem by Katty Livingston

Lucky

Rating: 5.0

Look again-
It's not a four-leaved clover.
And at the end,
Is it really even over?
I spill salt,
And I have faults,
But still-
I think that I'm lucky.

I'm lucky I'm yours,
And that you are mine.
I'm lucky to have you,
For the rest of our lives.
I'm lucky you love me, just for me,
Because you look beyond what you see.

And broken mirrors are fine,
They only make more of you.
And I'll walk under a ladder;
Time still heals all wounds.
But baby,
Don't hurt me.
Because without you,
I'm not
so
Lucky.
