Pay my cheque or I quit
Gone are the days people said so,
Now are the days, people are so loyal,
Pay or no pay they won’t quit,
Hike or no hike they are there,
Thanks to the bad job market which has created this loyalty.

They work day and night,
They give up their rights, though they are,
They know it is not their way, but all to keep their job safe,
This is the theory of loyalty by coercion, which turns bad once job market turn good.
