Loving Heart Poem by Minerva Agriam

Loving Heart

Oh, what kind of heart mine is?
Loving little things, all things I love!
The lonely creatures even the little dot,
Nor the crawly worms and dusts!

The lovely nature, lively beings!
Even the sluggish tortoises and
The stately tall trees or the tiny shrubs,
In vast expanse of scenic places.

Ah! To wake upon the sweet songs
Of the little chirping birds!
Very lovely day to hear the soft
Drippings of the cool rain.

The soft warm breezes of the
Morning mist!
The gentle scent of the new
Mawned lawn grasses.

All these I love even while
Living and working in a busy city.
Liken a dream my little heart
Loves all things of natural beauty.
