Loves Return Poem by Sybil Staples

Loves Return

The code was determined,
the language clear.
Though love may hurt;
never to fear.
Come it will,
after great
acts of shadows.
Arrive on horizons,
so bright,
eyes deny seeing.
But exiled
you cannot be.
Your truth
is not a shroud.
But a light so large
falling in on you,
the abyss collapses
from LOVES RETURN.
