Lovers' Moment Poem by Paul Sebastian

Lovers' Moment

Rating: 5.0

Solitary white lily in the field
Danced bare in the wind
Swaying, invitingly shaking her head
Caressing wind, balmy kissed

On the floral decorated valley bed
Hanged spring's lacey dew
Passion surging, lovers embraced
Swaying blissfully in a union of two

Gently crooning, song of valley
Fluttering pretty angels, come greeting
Sun unveiling morning-after beauty
Lovers reluctantly disengage, awakening
Blissfully contented, dawn breaking

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
It is about the wind that by it's very presence brings beauty to nature. The lily and the wind's play capture the poet's imagination and personifies them. The reader is left with his own interpretation of the poem. It is a picture of how nature displays and harmonizes in love.

Passion surging, lovers embraced Swaying blissfully in a union of two In the lover's corner, let the lily and the wind remain in deep embrace! Don't peep! Enjoyed!

You have added another love story of personified objects. Imagining Lily and the wind as two lovers who were constrained to be separated from the embrace in a lovely wet night as the dawn has started peeping and disturbing presents a lovely romanticism.
