Lovers Hands Poem by Robert Green

Lovers Hands

Rating: 5.0

Old with age
Bent and buckled
Now an old sage
Carbuncle on knuckle.

Hands lift high
A Grandchild
Up to the summer sky
Manner calm and mild

Lovers hands
Took me to a high
Caressed my young body
Took me with a sigh

Lovers hands joined
Fingers entwined
Press tightly
Hearts flutter lightly
