Lovers Dance In The Rain Poem by Slim Jay

Lovers Dance In The Rain

I'll dance in the rain
For my love comes tonight
I'll dance in the rain
And fill my heart with delight

I'll dance in the rain
And sing songs of praise
I'll dance away my pain
Till the clouds hides its cheek again
Till night approaches
And the stars come to play

To see the face of my lover again
To hear her cute lips say my name
To hold her tight by my side
And keep her close all the time

To hug her nice and bury my kiss
Deep between her bust and eyes
To kiss her lips and whisper in her ear
And tell it to her that she's such a dear
I'll dance in the rain

I can feel her air around
In my mind she keeps sailing
In my heart she keeps turning
She always keep my blood flowing

I'll dance in the rain
Because my life will never be the same
For the love we share together
Is meant to last Forever

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
I wrote this poem today with a dear in mind. Her memories keeps ringing every time. I miss her more and i feel like dancing with her in the rain. She's been away from me because distance separates us but today she's done with her duty and would be coming home to stay tonight. This poem is dedicated to the one my heart holds dear.
