Love You To Death Poem by Beau Bennett

Love You To Death

(very explicet imagery used in first part please know its sarcasim and not literally ment, lol i dont want you all to think i want to do these things im just making a point)

If I took this cigerette and put it out on you
Would you love me?
If I took all of my 'love'
And beat it into you would you need me
Would you want me near
If I enslaved you by my side
Would you need me close
If I ripped away all your pride
I could bring you flowers in the day
Just to rape you through the night
Your will would belong to me
You'd forever stay in my sight

Is that really what i must do
Before you'll ever fall in love with me
I'm incapable of these things
I can only offer you my love you see

I'm sorry that I can't beat you
I'm sorry you can't feel anything good inside
I'm sorry that you don't love me
Because all I can give you is security and pride
