Love: You And Me (Radha-37) Poem by Subrat Pradhan

Love: You And Me (Radha-37)

Who have been able to
catch hold the mind-
Everything has been drifted away
As the flowers, leaves in a river
To the land unknown
You will one day get drifted away
How?
You are more heavy than a granite
And you are so soft than a flower
Will sink in the river of time
But will not be drowned
Will be drifted
but will not be carried away.

I will be catching hold of everyone
One way or the other
So also other will be catching hold me
I would try place you separate
I would not be able to
Separate
The aroma from flower
The air from the sky.
You always in front of me
Obstructing my steps
You would keep on coming
In my mental mirror
Leaning against all the images on it.
And I would be running
Down the streets of Gopapur
Time and again
With so many make-ups on my face.
