Love (True Love Waits 2) Poem by U Win Kyi

Renate Hong is a 71-year-old German woman.
In 1960 she was married to Hong Ok Gun, a north korean.
At that time, he was a student to East Germany.
After 1 year of marriage in 1961, he was recalled back to his communist country.
In 1963, she lost contact with him but she never remarried for love's sake.
She alone raised her 2 sons.....now aged 47 and 48.
In 2007, she went to Seoul, wrote letters to leaders of countries of 2 different systems.
They were allowed to visit and they arrived on 2008 July 25th in Pyong Yang.
Living with a new family is her 74 -year-old husband.
But Renate Hong waits
until the reunion takes place.
Before her life ends,
her heart never surrenders.
She fell in love with her husband at first sight.
But luck never stayed on her side.
