Love Sonnet 94: 'Of Pleasant Thoughts That Stray Inside The Mind, '

Of pleasant thoughts that stray inside the mind,
The heart picks out what it would want to stay,
And soon enough it wakes one day to find,
That nuggets of true wisdom, fled away;
To leave behind those moments angels shun,
Not moments learned in angelic of schools;
Where love-struck mortals will not likely run,
When they start out from avenue of fools;
Their hearts command the path where they would tread,
When it's the mind that should, as wise men preached,
But Heaven yet is what they see ahead,
Who knows what here on Earth they might have reached;
........A fool, as would wise men, humanly errs,
........But saves the day enjoying such affairs.
