Love Lost Poem by Terry Brewer

Love Lost

Rating: 5.0

True love – I’m sure there’s not such thing
Romances the tune of sorrow sing
So never give your heart away
For your love is bound to stray
And all that love and all that trust
You’ll find is just a fragile crust
And when, at last, the spell is broken
Your will find you’ve re-awoken
To a world of gaunt despair
And how you’ll hate your living there

True love... It is very difficult subject, I think. Still, let people being in love believe it...
