Love, Just Let It Be Poem by Sandra Feldman

Love, Just Let It Be

To feel for another,
More than you feel for yourself,
To want to give to another,
More than you would ever want for yourself,
To see the sun rise in another's eyes,
To hold their hand, completely satisfied,
Love you can't explain or even hide.

Oh Love, my love so great, divine,
And every bit of it all mine,
Oh Love, my love the rivers flow
The oceans and the winds, love blow,
In strange ways that do improvise,
Ecstatic happiness, surprise,
For you are you and simply are,
My only love, luminous star.

You're love is new, fresh, crystalline,
Like nothing else, I've known or seen,
My love for you is Spring's first breath,
My guiding light, my life that's blessed,
All beauty things you are to me,
Love comes but once, so let it be.
