Love, hate and pain

Love, hate and pain
Spin in a circle
always repeating
never releasing
its lonely sick passengers
no longer wanting to ride
And sadly this is how I feel inside

It may have balanced out
If only if only
I believed in love
but I don’t
I can't
I won't

so I'm just being bounced between hate and pain
hate...
pain...
hate...
pain...< br>never ending
never stoping
I'm just a lonely sick passenger
no longer wanting to ride

When did I get on?
How do I got off?
Did i chose to get on?
Was I forced?

I'll tough it out
until the day
that the ride runs out of power
and we can get off
soon, that day will come
someone will pull the cord
let me off

And we will be free

Poem of the Day

poet Paul Laurence Dunbar

The mist has left the greening plain,
The dew-drops shine like fairy rain,
The coquette rose awakes again
Her lovely self adorning.

The Wind is hiding in the trees,
