Love And War. Poem by Ishola Oreofe

Love And War.

What is love?

Who is love what is love

I guess she knows not of the struggles, trials and troubles she put creatures through people willing to sacrifice all just to get just a glimpse as the sweet beckoning bosom of love

The quest for love has brought destruction, despair wrath on mankind, wars have been fought life's has been lost children rendered fatherless without the care of a mother

Just ask the city of pompe oh I forgot the people don't talk molded to the ground

But I guess the city of Troy can testify to the damage caused by love

But yet I find it enchanting that something so damaging and destructive could be so beautiful
