In the midst of winter nights
sitting alone for coffee delights,
as your mix leaves circling liquid in slow motion
in your mind wander for the lady you admire in notion...

Coffee that will heat your cold winter chill
hoping to ignite urge of your coldness within,
yet a couple comes rushing, cuddling in
stealing your focus, made you feel being on freezing hill!

And you said to yourself, ' Why I feel this?
Before I don't give a damn on a scene like this...
I have learned to live alone for years,
not minding such mushy feelings of whatever couple bears...'

That woman's stare not on the coffee's smell
but at the neck of that lucky man who feels great like sizzling hell,
having this lady who adored him more than the coffee's taste...
hmn...until when you will feel hotter than coffee's zest?

longing now for someone by your side
