Love Poem by Efren Petalver Carranza

Love

Love is a rose when it's still a bud
It wilts; it deteriorates
It's a day of sunrise
Or a day of sunset
It is noon of the day
When it's hot
It is a promise you expect
To give and receive
But without its symbiosis,
It becomes a-feet
It becomes a knife
It becomes a gun
It kills

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
It's all about Love and Life: It is what it is

Every second past by our decisions, statements, and judgments, there is always the 'IF' in the core of our regressions. And I have never met a broad minded persons when in the peak of their negative emotions know when, what, and how to say or do the things they should have not said or done. As a result, we often admit we are only human.

Our anger is replicated from the nature of animalistic behavior as we become defensive or offensive in respond to anything we hate or dislike. Thinking right occurs only by a struck of time when our mental state is presently at right; otherwise, our emotion blocks out our good mind then to appear out control when angry. We become aggressive into a position of becoming destructive and abusive.

It's all about love.

But Love comes both sides: to repair for what's wrong about ourselves and to be praised for what we excel. We can't also be stubborn to remain naught and ignorant to walk into the room of change if needed.... not for others but to ourselves...yet, in the end, we feel good when compliments come once in awhile.
