Lost And Found - Poem by Patricia Grantham

Love that was lost
Is filled with pain
Love that was found
Has blossomed again

Love that is true
Is made just for you
Love that went wrong
Might hurt all day long

True love will last
Won't live in the past
May grow like a tree
Try to wait and see

Will come back to you
If you let it go
Then flourish and grow
Only you will know

Love that was lost
Came at a high cost
Love that was found
May rise or fall down

True love though may be dimmed for a short time can flourish and prosper in due course! Waxing and waning of love is quite possible! But there is greater thrill in getting back something which we once thought was lost irredeemable! Enjoyed this lovely piece on love! ! (Report) Reply

Love is resilient, it can weather many storms,
but only one port can it call home. (Report) Reply
