Look Deep, Deep Into My Eyes Poem by Hebert Logerie

Look Deep, Deep Into My Eyes

Stare at me and look into my eyes
As if I possess gigantic white flies
Traipsing freely in there.

Look deep, deep up there
Let me know what you see
Look deep in the blue sea.

You are afraid to look. Why?
Because your shadow is light
Pale, pink, different or white.

Be not afraid of the twilight
Of the beauty of the chocolate pie
And of the darkness of the crust.

Look at me lovingly with lust
Have no fear in what you can see
Because heaven lives deep in the sea.

Next time, do not look the other way
Contemplate the image of the black moon
And dream of a day without the sun.

If you glance at the sparkles everyday
You’ll be a very happy woman
With an eternal smile in the sun.
