Look And Turn Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

I had been mild and honest
I did everything possible to the best
Nothing could pay be the best I wanted
It was all failure on ground tested

I tried to be reasonable
But was subjected to troubles
Everybody targets me for nothing
I stand here victimized and missing

I want to cry but can not do
They will laugh and try to prove
That I was wicked and failed
Every where they have trailed

I have decided not to leave
And stay with faith to believe
Whatever be the result
I shall stay happily built

No winter or autumn may affect
My resolution and acts
I shall obey His dictates
Which is in fact relevant and relates

I have vision and logic
That forms very good chemistry and basic
Pay the good and expect return
The god may certainly look and turn
