His temple lobbies warned: look ere leap,
But felt, ‘Loo Before’ was good belief,
Closer is cleanliness
To godliness, I guess,
‘Bottom up’ is my policy brief.

by two block-buster announcements: Kicking out the
Planning Commission, and kicking in the toilets first
policy— loo before man leaps on to other agenda!
