Life is difficult when you're alone
Your out there all on your own
A lot of responsibilities weighing on your shoulder
You've got to be as strong as a boulder
To face this cruel world
You've got to get a hold
On the ways of life
Which may cut you like a knife
‘Why does it happen to only me' you may think
To say that you don't know how much you shrink
For there are lots of people suffering, and it's not only you
You're not the only one who has to get through
All this misery and cruelty
By chance you might get a penalty
Just like a football match
A golden opportunity just might hatch
Face what you get
Don't hide you're head in a hat
Like the ostrich who hides
From the difficulties that rides
Pain is just one part of living
You've got to start believing
Misery might trap you in its clutches
Be strong and face all the scratches
As you're a human being born to suffer
Be wise, don't be a duffer
Hold your head high, walk with pride
Just by chance your hand might be held by a groom or bride
Believe in your luck and destiny
It's the only one giving you company
in this lonely world…..
