Lonely Soul Poem by Lonely People Champion

Lonely Soul

O lost and lonely soul

Bobbing up and down

Upon wave after wave

Of uncaring humanity

Drying to a crisp

Under the rays

Of a life giving sun

Close your eyes

And look within.

You are the source

Of your own misery

And your redemption.

Intense and beautiful poem. We create our own misery and redemption, it's true. All answers lie within us, as we experience the loneliness. Wonderfully written poem. RoseAnn

Who isn't alone? Poet heal thyself as you say, from within. Very beautifully written, touchingly sad
