Lone Lizards Poem by Saanumi ikujuni

Lone Lizards

A round peg?
Put not in the square hole
Falacy of ghostly fantasies
Top of the Iroko tree
Stylish act of downfall
Bestir the unity of survivals
Lone roads - solely walking
Out of Gold and Diamond mines
Four claws of stable grip
Static strength unpraised

Venture ye into adventure?
Calamity test of time
Let caesar keep his thing
Some flying history of the nights
Crying brightly through the day
Bureau of lasting elesticity
Fall-perched on futile lands
Dreams roaming the realms...
In the foresight of insight
Inquisition seeks iniquity.

A troubadour, we traverse
The colds coming in from
Groans of shoky weather
The psyche of sychophancy
Burning zeals from infancy
Supposedly carmine blood.
