Logic In Life Poem by Jayatissa K. Liyanage

Logic In Life

Who caused that storm
And why such roughness
Ocean indulged in
What matters knowing
When I am amidst them
Give me the strength
And the will to surmount

A very profound and vivid observation that is both pithy as well as salubrious. Life is always full of trials and hardships, and like all other journeys, the roads we travel on may have rocks and cliffs. Suffice to say we all must weather the storm as we have no choice, but we take heart that this journey has an end, at least.

There is no point in inquiring the 'what and why' of natural occurrences and troubles in life! When we are in their midst, what we need is the strength and will to overcome them! A great poem! Precise and to the point!
