Locomotive Poem by Vera Sidhwa

Locomotive

Choo-choo train,
I watch you go by.
Your length does nature defy.

You curvature necessary,
On the track.
For your shrill whistle,
You have a knack.

Choo-choo train,
Can I now sit in you?
Will you give me the ride of my life,
Or will you just pass by me?
