Loaf Of Bread Poem by Tirupathi Chandrupatla

Loaf Of Bread

Rating: 4.8

To make a bread loaf
Use wheat flour
Add some water
A pinch of salt
And some yeast
Mix the contents
Till dough's formed
Then knead, knead
As all the effort
Turns into layers
Of consistent mass
That can rise and
When baked in oven
Turns into bread.

Nothing comes easy
Even a loaf of bread
Wheat must be harvested
Ground in a mill and
The procedure above
Must be followed in
An oven in which
Heat and timing need
To be properly set.

To make something
Needs careful planning
Then knead and knead
Till product is made.

You have not only given the right recipe for making bread but also have looked into the whole transformation of wheat turning into bread! Yes, every thing needs kneading and kneading, if it has to produce the right effect! Nothing is gained without effort! A great lesson through an everyday activity! Beautiful!
