Living Contradictions Poem by Sandra Feldman

Living Contradictions

Life is strange,
But we are even stranger,
A Cocktail of Contradictions
Without any benedictions,
We were probably made,
From all the wrong prescriptions.

Your closing lines are very clever and bring this poem about the multiple contradictions we face to closure. And the added problem is those prescriptions that define each of us are absolutely necessary for survival. There's no way out.

Truth in verse! How much you and I think alike! A witty poem that tells it like it is!
