Little Thought Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

It is little thought
That is bravely fought
How to counter its emergence?
I sunk with deepness at once

I am in safe hand
Happiness is my friend
Fulfillment of all wishes lay with her
She is beside me with nothing to bother

There is big question for tomorrow
The rose flower is allowed to grow
There is fragrance around and near
I clap with hand and show the cheers

It has added vigor and strength
To morrow it will meet with fresh breathe
The will power may grow to last more
She may be with me to adore

I asked her boldly
Was she ever for me ready?
With all that I wanted from her?
No from heart she was sincere

She might have refused
She might have even abused
She did nothing of that sort
She took me silently at the port

Why I worry for unseen?
She is my today’s scene
The flower fully opened up
To freshen up nose and juice to sip

I need her simple voice
”Hello, I am here” with bond and promise
That shall show me no tomorrow
I shall be ever with her to grow

I want her to whisper
With melody in ears
Let her sing beautiful way
I shall slowly close the eyes away
