Little Things Poem by Justin Chan

Little Things

Simple, so simple,
Sorrow walks alone.
Simple, so simple,
She sits on the silent throne.

Stillness, such stillness,
That silence brings to me.
Stillness, such stillness,
When silence comes to be.

Quiet, the quiet,
When troubles sweep aside,
Quiet, the quiet,
The baby sleeps inside.

Hearken, pray hearken,
Open your ears and listen,
Hearken, pray hearken,
To dewdrops that glisten.
