Little Primrose Poem by Mary Forrester

Little Primrose

Rating: 5.0

You're the sweetness of the vine
And the colours of the sun
You've blossomed like
The primrose
That from the meadows sprung
Your beauty is to behold
The sacred gem inside
And like that little primrose
Your purity will rise.

I like this poem Mary, but do you mean 'sacred ' gem?

It's very pretty, who is The primrose, it made me think of a beautiful newborn baby girl that grew into a lovely young woman.
