Little Boy
little boy, my joy
sleeping soundly, so peaceful
tiny lids flickering

This is my first poem since high school. I like haiku poems as they seem to come easily to me. I was sitting on the couch when my two year old climbed up and fell asleep. I wanted to capture that moment in words.
