Lion Roars Again Poem by Jayram Daya

Lion Roars Again

Rating: 5.0

The lion never roars without a cause
Dawn breaks with the pride on the paws
In the wild go the hungry jaws
Courage and speed leaves no flaws
Stalk and ambush prey like great outlaws

With the lions roar my guts goes sore
From a snore a sound not to ignore
Power self possessed silence cries or more
Call a mate to keep the prides core
Roars the lion king in might to restore

Listen to the landlord in a still night
Majestically seated in the moonlight
Sound of the supreme none can recite
Men can applause imitating the sight
Roars the golden lion to our delight
