Lion Pride Poem by marisol agosto

Lion Pride

Down by the valley
Farther down the creek
Up towards Mcally
Where the two rivers meet
Pass the shady grass
Towards the Wheat Plains where the rain starts pouring
Lives the Lion Pride in all it's glory
They stand by the Savannah
Protecting their cubs
Hiding them behind the shrubs
Lion O Lion with your golden mane
Such a fierce exterior, Heart so tamed
I look for the Lions
The Lions i seek
They are down by the valley
Farther down the creek
