out on the piss

thrown together
on the Underground

cuddled together now
snoring on each others shoulder.

A Christ
looks on in disgust

a beggar
looking a lot like God

pleads homelessness
asks for a pound

(I've only got
50p)

an off-duty Santa
reading a Playboy

how is it
everyone
looks like someone else.

Me just looking
...like me.
