Like Crooked, Edgy Pebbles And Rocks *

Like crooked, edgy pebbles and rocks
Rolling in the river stream and tributaries
Smooching each other hurt-less
Knocking the unsteadiness in the run
Bringing death so close by the confluence with life
The advent of it soft and silent by the cushion of cool water
Couldn’t be seen encroaching by the knock by car
Because it’s too hard to respect its tender plug

When least expected the lights go out
We claim to have seen the signs and heard the sound
Just like when the rainstorm has come and gone
One is certain of the signs, sound and the wetness

The cause revealed by the hidden luscious enclave
The loss of the cows and the wonder of the wanderers
Life and death intertwined spiting one another
Like the winter shade over the summer bloom
Leaving the land scotched as the aftermath of a volcano
Laughing so wide as if the crying is far
Often oblivious to the snap of a twig
Amazing the whole course of life
