Like A Morning Star Poem by Peter Mamara

Like A Morning Star

by M. Eminescu (1850-1889)

Dazzling like the morning star, with thousands of rays,
She has enabled me to look into my life full of obscurity.
I stir when I look at that light, like from dreams.
I start walking towards her with my open arms.
She is tall and skinny, like a goddess from tales.
She is thin and gentle, and she exudes passion from her eyes.
And she is a blonde. Her blond hair falls in curls.
Her smile is stylish, and she has two roses on her face.
