Light Shining Among The Darkened Night

Awake through the darkened night for the brave should not cry themselves asleep
People that deceive shouldn’t have lied to me
Looking at the stars I found out says the story of who we really are
Can’t believe I lost a good friend the one who could make your heart mend
Always making me smile when I was down
I have forgotten how it was like not having to frown
Deception is deadly trust should never be questioned
Who can choose to either 4get the one who lifted you up or fight for that lost friend
Love is so lost now that I can’t heal the shriveled up flower that once brighten up a girl’s day or find the light after the storm
Reality awakes the dreamer 4 it is not a dream
Once upon a time my soul was free but now is chained for destiny
Never knew what a broken heart felt like
Until the day I couldn’t stand up tall
4 the one hero who taught me wasn’t her at all
Falling…………..falling
To the ground
I shall rise until the thing I have lost is found………….
What I learned is that the dreamer was never sleeping
She just looked into her lovers eyes
For it was always reality some things should be left in confidentiality
Sleeping through the darkened night for the brave should not cry themselves asleep
People that deceive shouldn’t have lied to me
Looking at the stars I found out says the story of who we really are
A story in which the happy ending makes the tale
Faith comes to the one who always fail
The only part never seen was the struggle before that glorious night
Or how bout right before the blind man lost his sight
In fact how did he lose it we will never know
But his day came where he could see and that was showed
Maybe he looked into the eyes of the one who he loved
Then nothing seemed so dark for he really have never known
