Light Of Poems Poem by Bing Hua

Light Of Poems

It turns out that poems are radiant bodies
Which only need to be kindled.

You come
With a smile
And roses
Your smile kindles the light
And your roses its poetic splendor

A poem comes to life in light
And both you and me
Revive in it.

I compose rimes in rhymes
What I write is drawing from you
My rhymes are refracting lights
That refract you

You're light, the brightest light
And I'm a poem, the finest one

Then in the empire of poetry
You and I bathe together
In the light of poems
