Life Tales Poem by Omolola Oladotun David

Life Tales

Rating: 4.0

Many times I wonder
How life seem to put one asunder
Leaving one but a wanderer
In a world of many blunders.

You, an addition to the subtractions
A contraction in many expansions.

A decision you would have to choose
A life within in nude,
Or another within the wood
Keep you your mood.

Whatever you should is the truth
That truth found only but in you.
Do not try to make things new
Or you end it all in shrewd

This, is our story
A revelation often called a discovery
A decision made so scary
Like a tale told of the fairy.

These are,
The tales of our lives.
