Life's Grace Poem by Logan Fulk

Life's Grace

Sweet silence shadows serenity
Leaves sorrow in the past
The eternal peace strengthens its grip
To ensure that it will last.

We move past death and find our light
Shining stronger than any sun
A bright white flame that kindles life
Until that life is done.

A constricting ravine binds us to life.
A force flexible as a reed.
When someone comes and finds that life.
We shall finally be freed.

No Pandora's Box nor cage of mind.
Can hide the pain we bear.
But good people can remind us.
That you and I belong there.

So tear up the curtains that block the light.
Burn down the orchards of pain.
Let the sorrow filled waters return to the sky.
To come back in a peaceful rain
