Life Resolute Or Compromise Mortality Clay? Poem by Terence George Craddock

Life Resolute Or Compromise Mortality Clay?

canvas constant background years rapid changing
from youth till death chisel features defined blur into
a strangers face each person's features event time
altered by actions across a lifetime face body canvas

stretches collides as brushstokes pattern mark years
who can strip away effect of years remove excesses
joys pains triumphs torments tear torn disappointments
occuring accross accumulative handspun definitive years

what eyes beyond face never meet gaze
slide steal away in shift guilty seconds?
what eyes steady unwavering challenge

penetrating looks eyes windows into soul
reveal choice beauty beast beneath mixtures
life resolute or compromise mortality clay?
