Life Never Lived Poem by Habib Imtiaz Kinkhabwala

Life Never Lived

I never told
Whom did i sold
My emotions and make myself bold
Because which memories I hold
I always found myself in cold

I never wear a mask
For someone to complete my task
After death I will ask
Why my tears filled the whole flask

I swim in ocean of tear
A life without any fear
As for whom when no one is near
But for me now its clear
That for whole world I am mere

I never wear a mask
For someone to complete my task
After death I will ask
Why my tears filled the whole flask
