Life is

Life is the enemy of time
Life is the movie you can't rewind
Life is every state of mind
Life is the answer we must find

Regrets remorse too much sorrow
But anything can change tomorrow
Decisions are turning into consequences
Don't be afraid explore all five senses
Listen closely you can hear the future
Stretch out your arms to reach the past
But the present tide is pullin' you too fast
Somewhere along our messed up journey
Eventually we'll start learning
That this world never stops turning
And the palace of conception is burning

Life is death everyday
Life is a needle in the hay
Life is the price we have to pay
Life is everything we can't say

One day life will be introduced to death
Your body and your mind will meet your soul
And you'll finally hear the truth be told
Will the rainbow end with a pot of gold?
Or will our journey lose it's shiny glow
And become darkness black and cold
With no thoughts or feelings to behold

Life is love and life is hate
Life is everything that's great
Life is our body and our soul
Life is the truth that can't be told

You might know how, you might know why
Why does everybody have to die?
You might know where, you could know when
Will we ever come back again?
This life could just be pretend
One big dream in a sea of dreams
The universe acts as one big brain
Of the unknown and insane
But I wanna know who, I wanna know why
Maybe death is all a lie
And instead we are born when we die
Then we escape this dream and learn to fly
I'll find out who, I'll find out how
I'll find out what and when and why
We will finally meet our true state of mind

Life is the enemy of time
Life is the movie you can't rewind
Death is every state of mind
Death is the answer we must find

Life is death everyday
Life is a needle in the hay
Death is the price we have to pay
Death is everything we can't say

Life is love and life is hate
Life is everything that's great
Death is our body and our soul
Death is the truth that can't be told

Death is the enemy of time
Death is the movie you can't rewind
Life is every state of mind
Life is the answer we must find

Death is life everyday
Death is a needle in the hay
Life is the price we have to pay
Life is everything we can't say

Death is love and death is hate
Death could be everything that is great
Life is our body and our soul
Life is the truth that can't be told

Life is Death
Death is Life

Poem of the Day

poet Percy Bysshe Shelley

O World! O Life! O Time!
On whose last steps I climb,
Trembling at that where I had stood before;
When will return the glory of your prime?
No more -Oh, never more!
