Life As A Book Poem by Mitchell Greenwood

Life As A Book

Rating: 5.0

Like a book, a hardcover
That has been dropped
Many times
Yet remains together
Binding ever strong

Pages have turned
Although somewhat dogeared
Complicated to understand at times
Other times flowing smooth
Never dull, always holding attention

Open for the world to read
Full of emotion and depth
A comfort in tough times
Although
Sometimes nothing
Keeps it together at the seams

When finding love true
If it is right
You reside on the same page
In the book of life
Life is like a book

What you say is hundred percent true. Every life is a book by itself, that should be read by others-either to follow a good example or to avoid a bad example.

Darting similitude, lends great pictorial & sparkling detail to this fine work... FjR
