-life- Poem by Rose Moultrie

-life-

What is one to do As there fears and horrors come true
Do they hide in sheer terror
Or maybe try and correct life's error
Do they take on the world's game
And bask in the high fame
Or sit alone by themselves
With a great amount of wealth Some may ignore
What the world does have in store
They give up on what we call life
And turn to things like a knife
But if we lived in peace
And let go of life's release
And grew up all together
No matter what the weather
If you just believe
Then you will truly receive
Life's true meaning
You will be Gleaming
